Über Univ.-Prof. Clemens Hutzinger, Ph.D.

Univ.-Prof. Clemens Hutzinger, Ph.D. ist Professor für Organizational Behavior und Leadership sowie Studiengangsleiter für den Bachelor und Master Betriebswirtschaftslehre an der Privatuniversität Schloss Seeburg. Davor war er Assistant Professor an der Privatuniversität Schloss Seeburg und Assistant Professor an der School of Management der Universität Innsbruck. Weiters arbeitete er nach seinem Magister-Studium der Internationalen Betriebswirtschaftslehre als pre-doctoral Researcher an der Fakultät für Wirtschaftswissenschaften der Universität Wien. Dort promovierte er 2014 zum Thema „Actual and perceived individual influence on group rankings: The effects of personality, task expertise, and discussion content.“ und schloss das Ph.D. Management Studium mit Auszeichnung ab. 2021 habilitierte er sich im gesamten Fachgebiet der Betriebswirtschaftslehre kumulativ zum Thema „An integrated consumer online service recovery process.“ an der Privatuniversität Schloss Seeburg.

Mein perfekter Tag

An einem perfekten Arbeitstag starte ich zeitig mit wirklich wichtigen Aufgaben und tauche ganz in die Arbeit ein. Wichtige Entscheidungen fallen mir leicht und es gelingt mir, mich mit verschiedenen Themen unterschiedlich intensiv zu beschäftigen. Es bleibt genügend Zeit für Kreativität. Am Ende eines perfekten Arbeitstages empfinde ich tiefe Zufriedenheit.

Mein Tipp an Studierende

Versuchen Sie maximal viel aus Ihrem Studium mitzunehmen, auf der persönlichen, sozialen und fachlichen Ebene. Sie werden immer wieder in private und berufliche Situationen kommen, in denen Sie diese Erfahrungen dann sinnvoll einsetzen können.
