Über Univ.-Prof. Dr. Matthias Spörrle

Univ.-Prof. Dr. Matthias Spörrle ist Professor für Wirtschaftspsychologie, insb. Strategie & Organisation und Forschungsmethoden auf Master und Doktoratsniveau an der Privatuniversität Schloss Seeburg und Professor am Hochschulinstitut-Schaffhausen (Schweiz) sowie Member of Doctoral Examination Committee and der Triagon Academy. In seiner Forschung untersucht er die menschliche Entscheidungsfindung, insbesondere im Arbeits- und Geschäftsleben, aus sozialer und evolutionärer Perspektive. Seine Arbeiten befassen sich mit dem Menschen als voreingenommenem Entscheidungsträger in Organisationen und damit, wie Menschen mit radikalen Veränderungen funktional umgehen können. Er arbeitet und lebt in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz.
